2. Scope of the Agreement

This Distance Contract is an agreement between the buyer (consumer) and the seller (SIA Northmen guild) for the purchase of products (hand tools) and/or services (courses, workshops) via the website  www.northmen.com. The contract is concluded electronically and is binding upon confirmation of the order.

3. Order, Payment & Delivery Terms
 

  • Orders are placed through the website by adding products or courses to the shopping cart and confirming the purchase.
  • Payment methods include credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other available payment systems.
  • Prices are displayed in euros and include applicable VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the buyer’s location and are specified during the checkout process.

4. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.
Conditions for return:

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging.
  • For courses or digital content, the right of withdrawal is waived if the service has already begun with the consumer’s consent.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must submit a clear written statement to guild@northmen.com and return the goods within 14 days of notification.

The seller will refund the payment (excluding shipping costs, if applicable) within 14 days upon receipt of the returned goods.

5. Data Protection

Personal data is used solely for order processing, delivery, communication, and legal obligations.
